Membership & Gym Access:

Please know, when joining online, management may take up to 24 hours to set up your membership with full gym access.

Cancellation Policy:

30 day written notice of cancellation required to end membership.

Refund Policy:

All MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Late Cancellation Policy:

Pro Fit Members have a 12hr cancellation window for any and all registered appointments or classes.

LATE CANCELLATION THAT DO NOT MEET THE 12 HOUR POLICY WILL RESULT IN A $15 FEE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. Sessions will “NOT” be deducted from your plan or package. Late cancellation appointments can be rescheduled within the same calendar month based on availability only.
