The assessment session is to evaluate your strengths and any muscle imbalances, along with flexibility and range of motion inability. This isn't your standard sit around and chat assessment, so be prepared to work day one. Pro Fit's goal is to optimize your physical compentence in the entire spectrum of fitness: Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. We'll expose the clients weakest link and turn that link into one of the their greatest strengths.
