Small Group Membership 90 Day Commitment:

After the initial 90 DAY COMMITMENT your membership will renew automatically on a month to month basis.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

A 30 day written notice of cancellation is required to end membership after your initial 90 DAY COMMITMENT.

Late Cancellation Policy:

Pro Fit Members have a 12hr cancellation window for any and all registered appointments or classes.

LATE CANCELLATION THAT DO NOT MEET THE 12 HOUR POLICY WILL RESULT IN A $15 FEE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. Sessions will “NOT” be deducted from your plan or package. Late cancellation appointments can be rescheduled with the same calendar month based on availability only.
